Jenna Blake creates fine jewelry with a strong point of view: unusual gemstones, vintage influence, and pieces that feel personal rather than traditional.
For the redesign, Exhibea created a new Shopify ecommerce experience designed to make the collection feel more like a curated jewelry showroom than a traditional online store.
The goal was simple: make discovering exceptional jewelry online feel personal, intuitive, and inspiring.

Designing for the collector
The way people shop for fine jewelry is changing.
Customers are looking for pieces that feel individual, crafted, and collectible rather than predictable.
“They are looking for the next thing and something that is more individual, more craft-oriented and much more collectable.”
That idea shaped the entire experience.
Instead of treating the collection like a large product catalog, we designed the site around discovery. Customers can browse by collection, explore gemstones and colors, and move naturally between pieces.
The experience feels edited rather than endless.
A digital jewelry showroom
Fine jewelry requires a different kind of ecommerce experience.
A product grid alone doesn't communicate why a particular stone, setting, or piece is special. The website needs to create desire while also giving customers the information and confidence to purchase.
We kept the design restrained so the jewelry could remain the focus.
Large imagery, generous spacing, editorial typography, and a simple navigation system create a quieter environment around the collection.
The result is a Shopify website that feels closer to a digital showroom than a traditional ecommerce store.

Making discovery easier
One of the challenges was the variety of the collection.
Customers don't always know the name of the gemstone or exactly what type of jewelry they want. Sometimes they simply know they want something green, blue, colorful, or unusual.
We created a curated color and stone filtering system to make that discovery easier.
Rather than overwhelming customers with technical terms, the experience allows them to browse intuitively.
Someone looking for emerald can find emerald pieces. Someone simply looking for green jewelry can discover emerald, malachite, and other stones along the way.
It turns filtering into part of the shopping experience.

The product page
For one-of-a-kind jewelry, the product page is where the experience becomes personal.
Every piece needs room to communicate its character.
We designed the product pages around large imagery, clear information, and a simple structure that allows the jewelry to take center stage.
The goal was not to make each piece feel like another SKU.
It was to make it feel discovered.

Creating trust online
Trust is essential when buying fine jewelry online.
“Trust, the age-old foundation of every jeweller's relationship with a client, takes time to build but creates valuable loyalty.”
A customer may be considering a significant piece without ever seeing it in person.
The website therefore needs to feel clear, knowledgeable, and considered at every step.
Product information, imagery, navigation, and customer touchpoints all work together to create that confidence.
For higher-value pieces, we introduced Price Upon Request as a more personal way to begin a conversation.
Digital commerce doesn't always need to feel transactional.
For luxury jewelry, sometimes the better experience is an invitation to connect.
Jewelry meant to be worn
Fine jewelry is also becoming less formal.
There is less emphasis on saving pieces for special occasions and more interest in wearing exceptional jewelry every day.
“Today, there is far less emphasis on saving pieces for special occasions, and much more interest in everyday jewellery that feels personal, effortless and layered into daily life.”
That idea felt particularly relevant to Jenna Blake.
The jewelry is luxurious, but it doesn't feel untouchable.
The website reflects that same balance: refined but approachable, collectible but wearable.
Bringing the showroom online
The best luxury ecommerce experiences borrow something from physical retail.
“I wanted clients to experience the jewellery in a way that felt personal, intimate and relaxed – somewhere they could connect with the brand beyond just the product itself.”
That became an important part of the Jenna Blake experience.
The website isn't only a place to buy jewelry.
It is a place to discover the designer's world, understand the collection, and develop a relationship with the brand.
Editorial content creates context. Collection pages create discovery. Product pages create desire and confidence.
Together, they create a more complete digital showroom.

The result
The new Jenna Blake Shopify website brings together rarity, craftsmanship, color, and personality in a digital experience built around discovery.
A curated filtering system makes the collection easier to explore.
Editorial storytelling gives the jewelry context.
Product pages give individual pieces room to shine.
And Price Upon Request creates a more personal path for exceptional pieces.
The result is a luxury jewelry ecommerce experience that feels less like a catalog and more like a collection waiting to be discovered.
